On Tuesday evening, Portugal-based tastemaker, Filipa de Abreu invited friends to a special sunset evening in our Rose Garden to shop her new dress collaboration with J.McLaughlin, sip on Summer Water rosé and Cisco Brewery spirits, and enjoy local hors d'oeuvres. Post-styling and shopping, guests like founders of Handy & Dellaire Events David Handy and Donald Dellaire, president of Nantucket Book Festival Tim Ehrenberg, tastemaker Devon McCready, Brooke Shepard of @MonogramMary, tastemaker and lifestyle guru Lauren Fornes, and more walked over to Sister Ship at the island's beloved Faraway Hotel and dined on Moroccan Cauliflower with chermoula, Medjool Dates, and chickpeas, Fluke Moqueca with Bahian-style fish stew, shrimp, Nantucket Bay scallops, and coconut rice cake, and more to celebrate Filipa's new collaboration in style.
