  • The summer is in full swing, which means sunny afternoons, long evenings and refreshing cocktails! We’ve recently opened a new store in Watch Hill, Rhode Island and quickly learned the local summer drink of choice: the South Side. After partnering with Oysterville Vodka we've created our own version of the classic. Cool and refreshing these are best served al fresco with a view of Block Island Sound.

  • SOUTHSIDE COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

    Servings: makes 1

    • 8 fresh mint leaves, slapped
    • 3 oz. vodka
    • 1½ oz. fresh lemon juice
    • ¾ oz. simple syrup
    • Club soda
    • Lemon peel

    PREPARATION

    Combine mint, gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a highball glass. Fill glass with ice, then top off with club soda. Garnish with lemon peel..
